Password help

Passwords for Wysbryx Platform accounts are managed by the administration team — there's no automatic reset email.

  1. 1. Contact your program coordinatorThey administer accounts for your academy and can reset credentials directly.
  2. 2. Give them your account emailThe address you sign in with, so they can find the right record.
  3. 3. Sign in with the new credentialsYou'll be asked to use the password they issue you.

For security, Wysbryx Platform does not offer self-service password resets. Requests are verified by an administrator before new credentials are issued.
